• Please full charge before first use,please charge at least 5 hours at first time.
• When you charge the receiver, it’s in sleep mode and can’t receive the signal from the remote.
• If the receiver is low battery, it has no signal.
• Please charge them every one month.
• Please avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 8 hours per day, and please try to re-position the collar on the dog’ neck every 1 to 2 hours.
• Examine the contact area daily to avoid hurting your dogs.
• Observe the dog’s reaction and make sure the training intensity not to be too intense.
• If the collar is too tight, it’s easy to cause skin damage; If the collar is too loose, the receiver is unable to work.
• Please remember the channel you choose to pair, if you use another channel without pair, you can’t control the receiver. Test the training collar function(after paired successfully).
• This product is not applicable to indoor use.
• The receiver is water-resistant,but can’t be soaked in water;the remote is not waterproof.
